9 Account Closure & Suspension

Ac365 status may close or temporarily suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If a suspicious transaction is detected
• At the user's own request
• Extended period of inactivity (24 months)

Users may request account closure at any time. A self-exclusion option is also available, allowing users to block their own account for a specified period.
